As President, Jesse oversees the daily operations of the organization. He collaborates closely with school operators and internal/external stakeholders to ensure project delivery according to cost and schedule. Prior to this role, Jesse served as Senior Vice President at a prominent financial institution, leading the national lending program for charter schools. He possesses extensive experience in various asset classes such as hospitality, senior housing, self-storage, office, and multifamily properties.
