Jay oversees the design and construction of our projects. He collaborates closely with the development team to select and supervise the design team, as well as managing the construction manager and team. Prior to joining our team, Jay served as a regional president at a General Contracting firm in Houston. With extensive knowledge of the commercial construction industry, a degree in Civil Engineering from Oregon Institute of Technology, and a commitment to achieving successful project outcomes, Jay brings more than two decades of experience.
