Jesse is the President of Performance Charter School Development and is responsible for all day-to-day activities of the organization. In addition he works with charter school operators and internal/external partners to ensure all projects are being delivered according to plan and executed on time. Previously, he was a Senior Vice President for a leading financial institution in charge of the national lending program for charter schools. Jesse also has significant experience in other asset classes including, hospitality, senior housing, self-storage, office, and multi-family.
