Dr. Eldridge has a unique skillset and experience that make him especially helpful to our mission: he is a lifelong educator with more than 30 years of experience. He began his career as an elementary school teacher, but quickly moved up to Assistant Principal, and then eventually Executive Director of two schools—including current tenant Central Carolina Academy. Not only does he have experience in the classroom, but he also has significant experience working both with and on school boards. He has also worked with them to open new schools. His experience gives him incredibly valuable insight into PCSD’s mission and our markets of interest.
