Performance is proud to be a preferred developer for Jubilee Academies, a non-profit charter school network serving over 6,000 students across Texas. Our collaboration with Jubilee Academies demonstrates our dedication to providing comprehensive support in all areas of their facility needs, including site identification, acquisition, design, permitting, financing, and construction management. This comprehensive support allows Jubilee Academies to focus on their mission of educating students while accessing the tax-exempt bond market to acquire their facilities from Performance at pre-determined purchase prices.

Since 2018, Performance has delivered two state-of-the-art school facilities in Harlingen and Brownsville, Texas, supporting 1,450 students in the Rio Grande Valley with an investment of $25 million. Additionally, we have taken on the acquisition and renovation of an existing school building in San Antonio, Texas, increasing its student capacity from 400 to 725 at a cost of $10.9 million. In response to growing enrollment needs, Performance has provided seven portable units for Brownsville and San Antonio at a cost of $1.7 million.

Our collaboration has empowered Jubilee Academies to expand rapidly and efficiently, acquiring their Harlingen and San Antonio campuses and four of the seven modular buildings to date. This partnership underscores our dedication to enhancing educational opportunities through strategic development and innovative financing solutions, ensuring that every student has access to a top-quality learning environment.
