Mark Mitchell is a seasoned Construction Executive with a strong background in land development, ground-up construction, new builds, site development, and civil construction. Prior to his role as Director of Development Services, he held the position of Director of Construction at our affiliated company, Hawkins. Mark joined the Hawkins team in 2005 and brings more than three decades of industry experience.
