Rob is responsible for managing the Legal Department at Performance and has been with the company since it started. He is actively involved in overseeing various legal work, such as drafting and negotiating leases, real estate transactions, leasing, loan closings, contract negotiations, employment law matters, corporate compliance, and managing outside counsel for legal issues. Prior to joining our team, Rob worked at the Boise, Idaho law firm of Moffatt Thomas and served as a law clerk for the Honorable Jim D. Pappas, Chief Judge, United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Idaho.
