Rob Dickinson

General Counsel

Rob manages the Law Department, and oversees and is actively involved in all legal work, including drafting and negotiating a wide range of complex agreements, real estate acquisitions, dispositions, leasing and due diligence, loan closings, tax-deferred exchanges, contract negotiations, employment and labor law issues, corporate compliance, and management of outside counsel for transactional and litigation matters. Prior to his employment at Performance Charter School Development, he was in private practice with the Boise, Idaho law firm of Moffatt Thomas, and prior to that he served as a law clerk for the Honorable Jim D. Pappas, Chief Judge, United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Idaho. Rob graduated from Oklahoma State University, where he received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Finance and a Minor in Economics, and then from St. Mary’s University School of Law, where he was an editor of the St. Mary’s Law Journal. Rob is married. His wife of 29 years is Wendy. Rob and Wendy have 4 sons who keep them very busy.
